PKG and PKB for teachers

It is realized that a teacher has an important and significant role in the process of learning. Since time always moves forward and changes,  teachers in Indonesia should aware of their future consequences as they have become what so called "professional teachers." They have to be active to enrich and enlarge their knowledge and skill needed for their duties. Certified teachers have to have a good understanding of some basic instruments like  PKG (Penilaian Kinerja Guru). Teachers will be able to have an overview on whether they have fulfilled  their task or not.
There is another instrument which is badly needed by teachers. That is  PKB. It stands for "Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan" This means that teachers need to develop and improve their knowledge and skills again and again.
